An adapter for adjusting the tilt or lean of Roadside Units, and for fitting to smaller poles such as bus-stop poles.

These tilt adaptors are placed between the mounting pole and the Roadside Unit and allow for adjustment of the pitch or roll of the unit.  The unit can still be rotated on the pole (in yaw) as normal.   This means you can get the perfect installation angles even if the pole is not vertical, or the road is on a hill.  In cases where the unit isn't very close to the kerb this adapter also helps point the camera further down the road rather than across it and therefore helps reduce the effect of motion blur.   Adjustment up to 5 degrees in pitch and roll.

Please note that the standard tilt adapter requires a little more length of fitting band....check that you have at least 35mm of spare fixing band 'tail' to re-use your existing fitting band, or order a larger band if needed.

Smaller Diameter Poles
An option exists suitable for 50mm diameter poles (such as used at bus stops), and includes a suitable smaller fitting band.
