In the event that your roadside unit data connectivity has been left to expire then your unit will subsequently become de-registered from the mobile phone network.  This will show as '-0 days remaining' on your dashboard.    Once de-registered the unit will need to be returned to us for internal works, replacement components, and re-registration on the system.   

Please purchase this option together with a new data connectivity plan to ensure your unit becomes operational again, and use our RMA process to return the unit to us.

You will need to post the unit back to us at your expense.   A postage fee will also be added to allow us to return the unit to you when the works are completed.
